The principal of the firm is a Certified Public Accountant. CPA's, with a valid Power of Attorney form from the taxpayer, can act on the taxpayer's behalf before all administrative levels of the IRS. This relieves the taxpayer of having to deal with the IRS directly. Once a Power of Attorney is on file with the IRS, the IRS can no longer contact the taxpayer, they must contact the Power of Attorney.
Various approaches to satisfying or settling the IRS debt are available, including:
